RoadFix – Account & Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the RoadFix app can request that their account and all associated data be permanently deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your RoadFix account, send an email to:

Email: dasaridhanush88811@gmail.com

Please include the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Your name (optional)
• A clear statement requesting account deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once we receive your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account details (email, profile info)
• All reports submitted through the app
• Any uploaded photos
• Location data associated with reports

What Data May Be Retained?

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, some minimal data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. After this period, all data is erased automatically.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually completed within 48–72 hours.
